“A lovely, welcoming hotel in a quiet area. Our Anniversary package for overnight was superb. Staff were excelent, the room was awesome and the food wonderful. I would certainly stay at the Richmond Liverpool again.”

“Booking process worked well. I was surprised that our booking was relayed to the hotel immediately (I rang hotel to request a brochure as the booking will be a Christmas present) so I was able to confirm special requests etc”

“I booked this break for my son and future daughter-in-law and it is a surprise to give them at the wedding, the lady who booked it for me was very helpful. She also arranged for me to receive a laminated presentation to give to them at their wedding. I also had a query and emailed my question which was answered fully and very promptly/ Thank you.”

“Really enjoyed our two night stay. Lovely big bedroom and sitting room. Beautiful views from our windows. Super ensuite with lovely bathing products. Wonderful massage and facial from Oxana (apologies if wrong spelling). Spa facilities and pool great. Loved every minute in this beautiful part of the world.”
