“Could not complete on line booking as we wanted to take our dog. I phoned at 9.55 on Sunday evening and the lady I spoke to, I think her name was Helen, told me she would contact the hotel and get back to me. By 10.10 the whole think was booked and sorted. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. Only query, i thought she said I would have confirmation from the hotel as well but this has not yet materialised.”

“Not sure how easy it would have been to book two rooms (2 couples) through the website so glad that you offer booking by telephone as well and whenever possible I always prefer to speak to a real person anyway. Lady who dealt with me was extremely pleasant and efficient and it was all very easy, thank you.”

“The lady I spoke to was very helpful indeed. I booked my son and daughter-in-law a nights stay in luxury hotel in Cotswold.
