“Easy to use web site - and following our booking we were delighted to receive a phone call the next day answering a query we had raised about our booking. Rare indeed to find such prompt excellent service. We are looking forward very much to our hotel stay (thanks to a gift voucher for Christmas) and so far, our experience of Offpeakluxury is a very positive one and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.”
