“Well, I got a bit of a surprise. There were a couple of destinations where I couldn't find a hotel and thought I would have the arduous task of trawling through other options. But your member of staff recommended a place highly, I confirmed by checking out that it looked a good deal for a couple of nights and now I just need to have the experience to see if all is confirmed good! :-)”

“From the moment my call was answered by Sophia, I received a very friendly and excellent service. Sophia took note of my request and called me back very promptly with a fantastic package that was even better than I had hoped for! My booking was confirmed by email very quickly too. Can’t recommend Off Peak Luxury enough, excellent deals and service”

“Had a problem logging in and sent an email. Received a phone call within minutes to assist with a booking I was trying to make. Very friendly and efficient service from Julie, who arranged the booking and confirmation by telephone. Always a great selection of hotels and locations to choose from.”
