“I emailed OPL with a query and received a prompt response. I telephoned OPL to make my booking and was dealt with extremely efficiently and pleasantly by Victoria. I have been very impressed with OPL. I look forward to receiving an opportunity to rate the hotel and my stay in due course.”

“This break is a surprise gift for my brother and sister in law who both celebrate a big birthday this year.
