“I have only had phone contact so far when enquiring/booking . The agent, Rachel, was most helpful with questions about the hotel. She was friendly and warm and very easy to talk to. I phoned again the next day and although I did not speak to Rachel, the agent was extremely helpful offering to contact the hotel re my enquiry and call me back …… this she did within the hour. Disappointed with some of the reviews on Trip Adviser for the hotel but I will make my own mind up when I stay. I was pleased to read that the manager answered each review”

“I bought this stay for my daughters birthday. And have used you in the past a few times and have stayed at this hotel with you a couple of times. It is an amazing deal. Last time I stayed there we booked 3 rooms. We love the Cotswolds so very happy to use you again.”

“I booked a spa break and after paying for it I noticed that I had been over charged. I phone your help line and sent an email. By the next morning it had all been sorted. I was very impressed with the service I received.”
