“The offer on the website did not match the offer at the hotel. The restaurant has been closed in the evening for over three years and off peak luxury were informed of this several times.”

Dear Mr Foster Further to your review at Priest House, it is disappointing to see you have left us 1 star. Your package included a 3-course dinner for two in the Millstream brasserie. I have called the hotel to check regarding your comments and they have confirmed that this is where you did indeed eat, therefore, the package does advertise exactly what is on offer. “Unable to contact anyone to answer questions on the telephone number provided. I called 10 times without success. Telephoned the hotel directly to checkout the your website was not a scam.”

“Received your email concerning Lake District hotels. Decided to book Grange Hotel Grange over Sands On Line but needed to use Chat line because of my Wife's special requirements following a Stroke. Chatted with Julie and then she telephoned to discuss the issues, she rang the Grange Hotel whilst I hung on and I'm delighted to say she sorted all issues and made the reservation. Later Julie rang to confirm everything and your emails followed. Excellent service from Julie, she is a brilliant customer service operator, professional, knowledgeable, very efficient and pleasant with it Top marks.”
