“So far so good. No problems making reservation, just need to see if it is all OK on the night. Searching options could be greatly improved by a few filters. at the moment have to slog through more or less every hotel.”

“When looking to make a booking I couldn’t see how to change a double room to a twin room on the website so emailed them, someone got back to me very quickly and then called me to help make the booking they were very helpful and went through the booking details to ensure they were correct they were very professional I would recommend this website.”

“Absolutely brilliant young lady took us through the booking process. The website is excellent, but the offers were disappearing vey quickly. Our internet was jumping around, so I decided to book over the telephone and it was so easy. We and our friends are looking forward to our midweek hotel break. Many thanks.”

“We have used Offpeak for many years. Never any problems and properties are almost always great . This time however a nightmare with the website booking as it wouldn’t accept my email and password despite resetting it. In the end I booked with a different email. It has been sorted but that’s and hour of my life I won’t get back.”
