“I hadn't heard of Off Peak Luxury until I was reading a review on trip advisor and the reviewer mentioned booking with opl. I immediately found the hotel I was looking for on Off Peak Luxury saving me £60 on the price on another site. Very easy to book. Handy to know the online live chat was available if there was an issue too.”

“We had a problem with the original offer we’d booked at Billesley Manor- they had changed the deal from one night’s dinner included from what it said on my voucher- which was two nights dinner. Hayley was really good and she booked us into another hotel- though we did have to pay more!! At least it was sorted quickly and we’ looking forward to our break in May .”

“The first e mail to arrange this Treat/Voucher for £180 was good B U T I havent heard from The Globe hotel yet that they will accept the voucher for 26th April for dinner bed and brekfast. I am waiting for their reply to my e mail. there telephone was busy for a long time last night. Margaret”

As you had a voucher purchased via Off Peak Luxury, as discussed with one of our reservations agents when you called, they have made the booking and redeemed the voucher. This is confirmed and booked with The Globe, Warwick for 26th April as requested on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. All you need to take with you is your confirmation, which we have sent you.
