“Very helpful staff and very efficient administration plus good value short breaks. We booked a short break at the Swan in Lavenham for the start of August. Unfortunately, my partner was admitted to hospital three days before the start date. Offpeakluxury staff managed to re-arrange the break promptly and monitored the hotel's revised reservation. We shall definitely book another break with Offpeakluxury; thanks for an excellent service.”
