“Good but failed to send a confirmation email of my booking”

I have looked into your reservation and can see that confirmation was emailed to the address you provided shortly after the booking was made. This was to a hotmail account which can occasionally result in the email being sent to a spam folder. We are open 7 days a week until 10 pm and the reservations team is always happy to re-send your confirmation should it not be received.. I do hope you enjoyed your stay.

“I couldn't find anything that was suitable for the one night I could go away. The staff at Offpeakluxury did a search to find something ticking all the boxes I gave them. Success in a short time, good value break in a lovely hotel”
