“I thought the whole service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the phone operator and at no time did she push for the business leaving me to think about things. It would have been vey helpful if the write up on the advert was more informative i.e distance to Bath and buses trains etc for transport. Looking forward to the three days away!”

“I was a bit anxious to use this website as I never heard of it before. However, the booking went smoothly and the final price was cheaper than booking through the hotel directly. Got an email from the hotel the same evening to confirm the booking. Would highly recommend it!”
