“All very good but have changed their policy. I understand cancelling at last minute but if you are genuinely ill you cannot change the date of stay! And lose your money!!”

Hi Gillian, Some of our packages do state that they're non-refundable and non-amendable, however we do always approach the hotel to ask for alternative dates where we can in these emergency instances. Further to this, if a customer needs to cancel within our cancellation period, they'll either incur a 25% cancellation charge or can choose to be sent a voucher for the full price of their break which can be used within 12 months - if you were poorly or did need to cancel in the event of an emergency, we'll always try to find a way for you to reschedule your break with us.
