“I prefer to book our OPL experiences over the phone. Paula was extremely helpful, polite and professional. She made all details very clear.”

“What a disappointment, 25.00 as a welcome voucher ! Small print spending 250.00 or above, not clear. On arrival the classic room was nothing like the one pictured, two pillows for two people no bed throw or cushion an outlook of dead foliage and garden rubbish plus car park! Luckily the hotel supported an upgrade immediately. The day before travelling Secret escapes had a better deal. The hotel is very travel lodge and I will not book with you again”

“I had to reschedule my booking as my daughter ended up in hospital. Off-peak could not have been more helpful, professional and kind. Don't always have that and at a difficult time it made things so much easier without having to worry about losing money for our much looked forward to family treat together. Thank you to Mary and Paula in particular. Marvellous ladies.”
