“You checked if my disabled wife was wheelchair bound prior to booking as theer were a number of unaccessacble area within the hotel if she had been.”

“I had a problem with the making the payment for our booking so needed to call the office. My issue was dealt with very efficiently and resolved quickly. I think it was Kirsty who dealt with it and she could not have been more helpful and polite.”

“We booked a hotel through Offpeakluxury paying more than we would going directly to the hotel. We did this in order to gain certain extras, one of which was £50 worth of discount vouchers for massages. The hotel told us that we should book the massages at least a month in advance, so we never benefited from them.”

“Very pleasant and helpful operator dealt with my request promptly and although the hotel's booking Manager had been away over the weekend, Elaine telephoned me, as promised, on Monday morning, with the full details of my booking, and also relayed the upgrading of the two rooms I had booked, which the hotel had arranged without my requesting/ . The e mail confirmations also appeared quickly in my In -Box. I have used Booking.com before, and will certainly do so again.”
