“I had to phone as I could not book a second room for friends within the same offer. The call handler was extremely helpful, polite and efficient and found a solution that suited our needs. I was very impressed.”

“Excellent service , emails sent and I got an immediate response, booked by telephone spoke to Victoria who handled my requests and queries in a polite manner and was lovely to speak to. I would have no hesitation in using this service again.”

“So far so good. No problems making reservation, just need to see if it is all OK on the night. Searching options could be greatly improved by a few filters. at the moment have to slog through more or less every hotel.”

“When looking to make a booking I couldn’t see how to change a double room to a twin room on the website so emailed them, someone got back to me very quickly and then called me to help make the booking they were very helpful and went through the booking details to ensure they were correct they were very professional I would recommend this website.”
