“Had to use the phone as the website bombarded us with cookie demands that were difficult to navigate and in some cases impossible to turn off. Website therefore abandoned as a total pain.”

“The lady who sorted our booking couldn't have been more helpful and managed to get us what we wanted. I can't help feeling the booking would have been a lot easier to obtain if a] the hotel had a lot more twin rooms or larger beds available or b] the hotel answered the phone instead of the young lady having to wait and wait for emails to be answered. The reason we needed a quick reply to an available twin room was because we were trying to marry our booking up with a kennels booking. Lee really pulled all the stops out to get us a twin room a kingsize room would have been fine but not a double.”

“Each time I called to verify anything, I spoke to knowledgeable people who assisted me in every detail. Nothing was too much trouble, no hanging on the phone forever as your calls were answered quickly. Would book again through this website and the others linked to the company.”
