“The service received after the initial booking was very good, very friendly and helpful staff. It is a little frustrating that the availability on the website is not real-time and our initial choice was not available. We could not work out how to pay via All4one card.”

“I did not use the website so cannot rate it but rather I called to make a booking. The operator was truly excellent but I found it frustrating that I was not talking to the hotel so could only request room features eg ground floor and not have these confirmed”
