“Having been cancelled for the second time due to the Covid crisis, Off Peak Luxury made it very easy to rebook our seaside break with the hotel, maintaining the same price for the same room in May that we had originally booked in November, and then in February. They answered the phone quickly and were courteous and helpful. Thank you”

“Have booked several Spa Breaks through off peak luxury and always received first class customer service. The Spa breaks are tremendous value for money at the best hotels and resorts. I will definitely book through them again and highly recommend them”

“Looking for a special treat for my partner's birthday, the OPL Romantic Break came up and offers excellent value for money for a very complete package of luxury hotel, spa, dinner, breakfast and a full bottle of champagne. Booking was easy and allowed a personalised voucher to be printed off.”

“What a find this company was! Booked two short breaks. Both were better offers than the hotels themselves were offering. A booking error on our part was dealt with efficiently and quickly resolved. My new “go to” website. I ve been recommending them to everyone.”

“Website and booking process was fine but the £10 booking fee wasn’t clear at all, it was only when I got an email confirming my booking and breakdown of costs that this became apparent. Could have booked direct with the hotel and got the same deal, whilst avoiding the fee. £10 isn’t a lot but of everyone pays this, the website will be making a big profit for very little effort!”

Dear Mrs Horn, Unlike many other companies we include our fees in the headline price making the full cost of the hotel stay clear at the outset so there are no hidden charges. There is also an arrow which when clicked on explains the charge in more detail should this be required. We do charge a small service fee to go towards the cost of providing excellent customer service which we know is so important to our customers. Our reservation agents are available by phone and email to provide assistance both before and after a booking has been made, as well as during your stay if necessary. We are confident that our packages, including the booking fee, offer the best value and service however if you should find the same offer at a better rate elsewhere we offer a price match guarantee. “The website is good and easy to use. The only adjustment needed is more functionality to allow modification of details of reservations, like which facilities to book. Otherwise there are a good number of photos and enough info.”

“We found their service,excellent. courteous, capable, polite,professional and welcoming response to our telephone inquire regarding a break for one night D,B & B at The Chester Grosvenor Hotel. offpeakluxury.com were a delight to deal with.
