“I have only recently discovered this website I might add by error. I did however make a booking within a short period of time with them having seen exactly what I was looking for. Viewing their range of hotels it will not be my only booking.”

“Marketing failure .Lions Quay stay in a ' superior room was disappointing. Very small room, unclean tiles in the shower which was also very small , door required replacing rotten at the base The spa poor, some rooms out of use .All soaped up ,then water went off .Advised to wear robe and walk back to hotel room to shower as the water supply there was on the mains .”

“Can't complete this yet as my booking is still not confirmed ! It said we would receive this with 24 hours but we we now at 32 hours and no confirmation. Suggest you don't send the surveys so early...”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your reservation and review, although it is disappointing to receive 3 stars. The booking was confirmed 45 minutes after you made it online, confirmation is then sent automatically and the review email a short while after (review emails are only sent once a booking is confirmed). Perhaps the confirmation could have gone to your spam or junk folder? I have resent you the confirmation which you should have received now. Kind regards Offpeakluxury
