“Just booked a two night stay for a spa hotel in Oswestry for myself & my sister. Booking was very straightforward & the website was easy to navigate. Also details of what was included in the booking was extensive so there was no need to phone to find out. Looking forward to our spa break in October.”

“Spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable lady (Judy). Gave me a lot of relevant info, without rushing a decision. Because we were prevaricating about the date, she offered to phone us back so we could discuss it without pressure. A very pleasurable experience.”
