“I had specific requirements for a short break for a family group including elderly parents. I had been struggling to find an appropriate venue within my price bracket. Stacey, Victoria and Lucie were very helpful to me as they advised me of what options I had, made several phone calls to hotels and as I worked out what was the best option were so very patient with me. I really valued their pleasant and helpful manner and am so glad I came across Off Peak Luxury online. I think I have found a really good venue for all and can't wait until we stay there.”

“I had a bit of trouble using the booking website. Rang and spoke to a lovely lady who was both efficient, personable and kind! Booked everything for me which was confirmed by e mail without delay. Felt very reassured as the booking was for my partners birthday and I wanted it to be special. I also have specific dietary requirements both of which were noted on the booking! Well done!”

“The staff (Lucy) was very helpful and professional and helped put together a weekend away for my Husbands 60th Birthday. Lucy managed to secure me 3 rooms and a great package including. The deals OPL get for you are much cheaper than booking direct and you also get the following included in the price; 3 course evening meal, champagne, coffee and cake, spa access. I could not get this deal anywhere! I have used OPL before and will do again and again for my breaks.”

“Booking process went smoothly, except for some confusion regarding evening meal, which was 'included' in our offer, though our acceptance e-mail stated that we would need to 'book' it. We found this rather confusing.”

Thank you for your comments. When your booking was made confirmation was sent asking you to contact us to advise your preferred dining time as this enables us to reserve you a table. This is not normally necessary when making a booking by phone as it would already have been carried out by our reservations team. Depending on your package inclusions we also recommend that you book spa treatments, in order to avoid any disappointment, and advise your preference between afternoon tea and Champagne when applicable. We want to do all we can to ensure you have a relaxing stay.
