“Easy to use web site - and following our booking we were delighted to receive a phone call the next day answering a query we had raised about our booking. Rare indeed to find such prompt excellent service. “OPL got back to me quickly when there was an issue with the hotel I'd booked, which I appreciated When I got back to OPL their phone was answered promptly, by a human being, and they had my booking details readily at hand, this is really important to me and why I am happy to give a top rate review”
