“Regularly used OPL over the last 5 years to treat ourselves for short breaks; this has become our go-to website to book for celebrations and to get away and relax. Hotels visited offer consistently high standards and if we've needed to amend our plans it has been a seamless operation.”

“Generall good, and used them a few times. Quite often they say "Complimentary upgrade to a Superior Room (subject to availability on day of arrival), although this has never happened :-( I made a booking yesterday, and because I had previously registered with them and forgotton my password, I spent a very frutrating hour trying toget the website to accept my booking. In the end, the only way to book was to use a diferent email address.......”

“We searched on the website then actually telephoned . The lady on the other end was a delight .( unfortunately I didn’t get her name ) she explained the offer again and terms and conditions . I told her it was delightful to speak to some to book our visit in 2 weeks time”

“My request for a next day mini break with my husband was unavailable. Elaine took the time and trouble to notify me, even though the office had just closed. I missed the call, so Helena called me back the following morning (Excellent handover). I spoke to Elaine, who again, was so helpful, knowledgeable and really seemed to care about my booking. We successfully found availability for another date. I definitely have faith in Offpeakluxury and would highly recommend their service. I haven’t experienced this level of caring customer experience for a while. Thank you, from Karen in Devon.”
