“Thought off peak luxury deals very good value for money, so phoned to make sure it was bona fide, it was, and I booked the deal. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and I booked our next adventure.”

“The only reason for a good rather than a very good is because I couldn't find a simple search facility for a hotel by name. Once I found the hotel I wanted everything else was very straightforward.”

“Your staff are unfailingly cheerful and helpful, with excellent, and unusual, continuity. You did once arrange for us to stay at The Dales, Upper Sheringham. Since then they fell out of your brochure and we have had to book direct, as we are doing again this year, which will be our fifth visit. It's a pity because it suits us very well. Your staff know about our preference and will let us know if you again offer The Dales.”

“The offer on the website didn't quite match our dates so I called and spoke to a lady called Lucy who went out of her way to accommodate out request. She called the hotel and managed to get us a great deal. I'd definitely make offpeak luxury our first port of call for our next break.”

“Disappointed that our first choice came back fully booked but alternative place just as good and the better price made it affordable to stay for 2 nights. Telephone conversations were very pleasant and professional only wish that a alternative to a 0845 number was available as phoning from a mobile costs a fortune”

“Service from Off Peak Luxury was friendly and efficient. Only downside for us was having to pay so much up front. As we get older it's a concern in case some sudden ailment prevents us going on a break at last minute and cannot obtain a refund.Other than this aspect we found it a very good company to deal with. Our recent stay for our 50th Anniversary at Wellcombe Stratford was fabulous.”

Although we do take full payment in advance, we are actually by far the most flexible discount hotel site out there when it comes to cancellations and amendments. Up to 7 days before arrival you can change dates or hotels free of charge, or cancel fully and get a refund minus a small cancellation charge.

Thank you for your review. A charge is made by our bank for all types of card including debit cards. The rate charged by our bank varies for each, therefore a flat fee of 2% is applied and passed on to the customer when the booking is made. We do hope you enjoyed your luxury break away which we can see was a Christmas gift.

“This is the 3rd time I have booked through OPL, as ever they make a potentially laborious process appear seamless and hassle-free. The packages are well above and beyond those you can pick up on Wowcher etc. I strongly recommend an OPL package over any you can find on the numerous websites that are popping up with hotel deals. We ate from the Al La Carte menu, had a bottle of vintage champagne, and full use of all Spa facilities, all of which was included in our booking. Staff are incredibly well informed and insightful, insider knowledge definitely gives them the edge when it comes to offering a truly personal service. They can often advise on things to do in the local area, and even the best route to take to avoid weekend traffic! They genuinely know their stuff and are a significant cut above the competition. Exceptional on all levels.”
