“I find your website is not very user friendly. It is difficult to search for hotels in particular parts of the country or go back and look at offers than have been previously found.”

“From my first phone call it has been a absolute pleasure to talk to the girls on the phone nothing too much trouble a breath of fresh air - to actually talk to some one who cares about their job and is customer focused - WOW this company needs to use their training programme and ethos and sell it to all those horrible companies that use menu selection and terrible music -brilliant service found the best deals and explained everything - WELL DONE OFFPEAKLUXURY.com”

“I use both the site to choose a break and staff to discuss my itinerary if I am choosing more than one break and have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. I have complained about an individual hotel in the past and a member of staff has always contacted me to discuss my concerns.”

“The booking process is very straightforward and we received a confirmation e-mail almost immediately. We have since received a further e-mail asking for our preferred dining time. We have booked several short breaks though this website and so far the accommodation has been excellent.”

“The Priest House, Castle Donnington, one night stay, 11 March 2016. Our third visit and the first under the new ownership of local businessman Stuart Garner. Efficient and polite front-of-house staff, comfortable room, excellent food and service at dinner. An adequate but slightly overpriced selection of wines. Alterations to the bar area and exterior patio are underway but did not spoil our enjoyment of this tranquil riverside location. The deal offered by offpeakluxury was good value and we especially welcomed the top quality bottle of champagne on ice ready for us on arrival.”
