Upon returning the item even though it is stated a 28 day return you are judged by any amount of distance you go in trying to request a refund in my case half the price back also if you don’t have the original box they hold that against you even if you ask to purchase a new one for returning but customer support in itself will tell you your scooter is worth more but because they can’t sell it as new or unused and if they could labour would be included again which isn’t in the terms and conditions please do not purchase kind of scooter from this company they will say pretty much anything in an email to not have to pay you the right amount of money I bought a scooter for £270 was also charged £20 for a returns label to be offered £130

Total sham. Hoverboard not working after 1 week. Email returned, customer service phone number not recognised, website not accessible. Total waste of money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOUR COMPANY IS A TOTAL DISGRACE!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a board and it came damaged. Charged it, one side of the board turns on, the other does not. Have not been able to use it at all. It must have been dropped during transportation, because something inside is rattling. Their site says returns must be made within 7 days, YET its been over a month and I still can't get someone to answer me! Only response I got was 9 days later saying they would send me a return label within 2 hours, and I never even got that! My kids are so upset. Paid over $150 and I've spent over a month sending emails and texts trying to get a replacement. Nothing but crockets from them. Churp churp. There is no number listed for me to call. At this point, I just want my money back. But no luck there. Finally had to contact the bank to dispute the charge. Then the bank provides a number to call the company, the number doesn't work. Go figure. This site is a joke. Unprofessional.

Without question the worst company I have ever dealt with. £300 hoverboard and kart that after being sent back and forth for repair (at a cost of £15 to me for postage !) they have admitted the board overheats and shuts down and from their diagnostics they say the battery will run for 24 minutes use on a full charge and think this is enough time/value for money for a 10 year old child that wants to play out on it. Customer service is a disgrace and I would highly recommend you shop elsewhere as for the money you pay the products are cheap tat and the customer service reflects this. Stay away........

AVOID! Our hoverboard became faulty after less than 3 weeks! Sent it back, they had to replace the side wheel, motor and motherboard! Didn’t send charger back to me and tried to say I had not sent it back to them (not true), they then said they would send another charger, this does not work. They’ve then sent another charger, the hoverboard still is not charging! Have emailed and now getting no response. I have reported to trading standards, avoid at all costs.

Worst company ever! Beware, they make you pay for the items and send you parts only!! Then they don't send you a replacement or even the parts to complete the item you paid for. They will want to charge you to return it and then not refund you. Please be smart and buy a Hoverboard from a different company. This company is a fraud!!

We bought a G2 Off Road Hoverboard for my sons Xmas present, he used it 3 times & it wouldn’t charge. Returned it for repair to be told it was chargeable as it was caused by water damage. My daughters Gyroor has worked fine for over a year in the same conditions. In my opinion I believe the G2 should be sold as an indoor toy only, it’s marketed as an off road toy which it obviously isn’t and isn’t fit for purpose. Certainly not worth £279!

I had this hover board for 4/5 days. I had used it on the kart once on flat ground and ridden the hover board 2/3 times in the house. I emailed official hover board to let them know that it was grinding when in the house and loudly grinding when on the kart! It also started going crazy at one point and both plastic guards had popped up. After numerous emails they finally asked for me to return it. I also popped a note in the box to explain my problems. I then received a dpd notification today to say a parcel was on its way. I guessed it was this. But no email from official hoverboard to say what they have repaired ect. I have received my old one back with still the same problems- the plastic popped up. So basically it still makes noises and grinds and is not fit to use.

Absolutely disgusting company. My son used the kart for a short while on Christmas day. Paint started coming off all over the board. The kart is attached correctly, there is only one way this can be attached. The foam pads are in the correct place. (Both of these points they accused me of doing wrong) The main problem is when you accelerate at full speed, the metal base of the seat (which has no padding to protect the kart) comes into contact with the kart. This has damaged the board & chipped loads of paint off. On top of this there is paint coming off all over. To which they replied that this is because of how its applied. Totally unacceptable. They have stopped replying to my emails & the phone number on the site does not work. I have sent countless photos showing everything fitted correctly & a video showing the damage. Please avoid this joke of a company. My son is so gutted his main present is ruined after first use.

Placed an order on 26th December 2022, that was advertised to be delivered same day. One week after, order yet to be delivered. Requested for order cancellation was then made on the 28th of December and till date no refund has been made.

I purchased a Hoover board for my son for Christmas. The charger stopped working on the second charge. I tried several times to contact the supplier but had no reply. I decided to purchase another charger which I still have not received!!! Again I have tried to contact Hoverboard (supplier) and have still had no contact!! Shocking service!!!

I ordered a hover board bundle for my daughter for Christmas after it was advertised that the hoverboard had a guaranteed delivery date of 22nd December. DPD made contact the following morning after I had ordered the item and said that the delivery would probably be after Christmas. Having contacted Official Hoverboard asking for a full refund so that I could go to a shop in time to buy a hover board for Christmas Day, I was emailed by customer services stating that the hoverboard would definitely arrive before Christmas and that they have a contract with DPD to guarantee delivery before Christmas. No hoverboard later, and zero contact from either DPD or official Hoverboard has left me completely infuriated. Why advertise a guaranteed delivery date that can’t be kept, especially when it is a child’s gift for Christmas ??The worst part is that there was enough time for me to recover the situation before Christmas Day if the cost of this item was refunded when I asked. I deeply regret using Official Hoverboard to purchase this Christmas gift.

This review simply relates to the fact that it hasn't been delivered. The 1-2 working days should have seen it delivered by Thursday 22nd December. DPD are now indicating that this will not now be delivered until Wednesday 28th. This is a Christmas present that cannot be given on Christmas Day, disappointing a child. I will now try to get something else at short notice and I will return the item when it eventually gets to me. Disappointing service.

Ordered 2 boards, one is fine, the other makes a terrible grinding noise, sent it back for a replacement and they just sent the same one back to me with the same fault. Would not deal with again

I placed an order for 2 hoverboards and karts in August. They have not fulfilled the order. 15 weeks and they still have not refunded the £398 paid. This is a company I would avoid at all costs.
