If I could give a zero I would. Hoverboard came without a crucial safety aspect of the hoverboard. Much disappointment on Christmas Day. Not good enough.

Within 2 weeks the front end of the charger got stuck in the hoverboard whilst charging and broken into 2 pieces. Front part stuck inside the hoverboard. The cable was brittle and poor design led cause this damage. Customer service mentioned it was not handled as per instruction and hence broken. Well inserting the charger into device is not rocket science as we handle numerous devices every day fin day today life. Poor customer service and asked to purchase another charger.

Asked cancel the item before it arrived as it was the wrong colour. It arrived anyway, I’ve been trying to return. The company hit in touch 6days later and asked me to pay a further £30 for returns (on top of the £250 I’d already paid)…and I e still not recieved the returns label. I’ve written several emails, no response. No customer care phone number. So I’m £280 down and skint this Christmas. Very poor customer care. I’m heading to citizens advice and my bank to see if they can help. This has been going on for 17 days!!

We bought a hoverboard and kart. The kart has arrived damaged. I have sent the company an email with a photo of the damaged part. No response after 3 days. I appreciate it is busy, the automatic reply confirming receipt of the email advises 48 hours for response. It was a lot of money to spend on a broken christmas present. I will update this review when a response is received.

Stay away from these scumbags Scammers just be aware. Was told 3to5 days delivery but it’s been more than 21 days still no delivery and no communication.never answer the phone and no reply for emails either. Luckily I have paid with credit card and going to open an charge back from the bank.

Ordered the Hooverboard attachment on 24th November, it is now 15th December and still nothing, your delivery and postage is a total lie. I have sent 2 emails and still no response to either and tried to call but all lines are closed due to covid. I am absolutely gutted as this was my sons main gift for Christmas, i do not see it arriving any time soon either.

I ordered the G2 Hoverboard but it was not as described, they claim to use Samsung batteries but after my inspection, I found that in fact, they use Chinese cells battery, I think they misleading their customers who believe they are buying a Hoverboard with Samsung battery, They also mislead customers by showing a higher number of the other product reviews instead of specific related product reviews on the product page.

I placed an order on 19th November and my money was taken straight away. Confirmation said delivery 1-2 days but I haven’t heard anything and cannot get a response via email or Instagram and the number isn’t in use.

If I could give no stars I would I ordered 6 days ago and spend over £300 no tracking number or anything to tell we’re my order is tried to ring phone lines off no one replying in email or wats app it’s a joke good at taking money but not sending items!!

Poor quality when purchased screws missing to hold handle bars in place took 2 days to get response and week to get screws my 12 year old used it 3 weeks and the frame snapped when he was on it after 10 days they have refused to repair replace or refund stating it was in a accident IT WAS NOT failed to supply warranty details just stated frame not covered also failed to supply guarantee details and contact number would never recommend or use again. Would love to add the photos which I’ve taken but no option still no refund either
