“Poor quality. Poor customer service. Wouldn't use again. Wouldn't reccomend to anyone.”

“I bought an electric scooter and it was the worst decision I could make this year! They sent me an electric scooter with a broken piece on the handlebar .... I made the return and after more than a month insisting that they make me a refund, I have opened a dispute with my bank, I got the refund. I don't recommend it at all. Don't waste your time and money on this mob.”

“this product was not good and in 2 weeks it had stopped working we had sent it back and they said they could not return our money even though we only had it for 2 week they said they would fix the product but only if we paid but it still had warranty they still have our scooter and they said it will cost us money to return the scooter to us”

And have now decided to put an automated response on emails because they are “so busy” just love taking money! Rubbish service DO NOT BUY”

“Dont buy don’t buy £250 for this board used twice then a burning smell from motor,sent it back and they charged £40 apparently not covered by warranty,buy from a more reputable source,buy from these cowboys at your own risk!!!!”

“Never ever order from this website. Ordered my son a scooter for Christmas opened it ready to wrap for him. Inserted the charger and faulty from day one. Sent videos and endless calls and emails stating it was faulty. I was told there was nothing wrong with charger and thats how they fit.They then told me because the scooter was already fully charged to let my son open it Christmas day and ride it until the battery went dead, and try charging scooter as it was fully charged and we could not tell if it was charging. Christmas day afternoon my son went out on it, came home when battery ran out to charge it up. And guess what? Wouldn't charge sent an email, tried ringing countless times and sent message. Due to it being Christmas week guess what it was closed. Its now 4 weeks on have a very very upset son who still has not had his Christmas present. Appalling customer service and we still are awaiting a refund.”

“Don’t believe all the other recent fake reviews! since Xmas. We ( and another family friend) bought electric scooters from them for Xmas, both of them are poor quality and faulty and not safe to use. We have both been constantly trying to contact them by phone and email but no one answers or responds. If you call them an automated answer says the lines are closed and to send an email but no one ever responds Stay well clear !!!”

“Don’t buy it’s not worth the money it last 15 mins and didn’t even make 2 miles on the middle speed and fast speed, they told me you have to have it on the walking mode but what’s the point of that you might aswell walk. Absolutely useless and rude people. Will be going to trading standard.”

“Item was delivered later than promised according to their website. When opened on my son’s birthday (same day it arrived) the charter did not work and there seemed to be issues with the hoverboard itself. After chasing I finally received a new charger a week later. That did work but proved there was an issue with the board, only the right side worked properly and the left was intermittent. Now chasing a response to return it. The customer service from this company is shocking. From ignoring you to condescending. They are not available at weekends and start late each day. Will only recommend people avoid this company and this product based on my experiences”

“TX85 Scooter was no good came with missing screws and screws with no hole to fitt a allen key. scooter did not operator properly scooter speed up then cut back. I returned the scooter four days after perchase on the 31/08/2023 and still havent recieve a refund todays date 27/02/2024”

“Absolutely disgusting but my son the scooter and he’s only used it since Christmas Day didn’t work sent it back now they reckon it’s water damage and they want me to pay £290 to fix it it only cost me £250 to buy it cost me £20 to send it back absolutely disgusting customer service will never buy from these again. “Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered a e scooter for my son for xmas and it wouldnt power on. I tried calling offical hoverboard and its always the same recorded message to say that they cant answer thier phones. Live chat dosnt work and they are slow at responding to emails and when they so its stalling tacits. Stay well clear of this company as they dont care that i have a really upset 12 year old looking for his xmas pressie.”

Looks like a sham director on the company. No response to emails. I should have known better and checked if they were contactable first. Don’t get scammed, they are ripping off people. Reporting to police, who probably won’t do anything.”
