“Ordered days before last Xmas delivery date sent with dpd local been stuck at one of dpds depots for days now no explanation or anything no chance of coming in time for Xmas spoke to official hoverboards and they just keep saying it will be here but there’s no way it’s just stalling tactics they’ve taken the money for an order that they have not fulfilled so unable to get anything else Christmas ruined not happy!!!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered on 28 November for delivery 1-2 working days later. Late afternoon on 3 December - 6 days later - and have still to hear when it is being delivered so hard to review product.”

“Board is fine, but the delivery was awful. I had no notice of when it was coming and DPD delivered at 19.45 in the evening when I was out. They left it on my doorstep which is directly onto a footpath. I was genuinely shocked it was still there when I arrived home. If it hadn’t been what was my redress? £90 gone and a sad grandson with no present. I would suggest a more responsible courier. Money is too tight to lose in this way.”

“Kart was missing parts could not use was a birthday present for my grandson his birthday was ruined .no bolts to attach the seat and also missing bits for theframe to be secure and a handle . Feel it waS sent out to another customer and was a ŕeturn the packaging was not good .the actual hoverboard was fabulous am pleased with it but ended up having to give him half a present”

“Purchased hover kart for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. Came on time and we’ll packaged. Not the clearest assembly instructions, got over that by watching a you tube video. However, I emailed the company with a routine question regarding the operation of the kart. It was continually beeping at a relatively slow speed. Received a prompt response and was asked to forward a video of the kart. No reply was received so I sent a second. To date, still nothing! I grade a company not only by the quality of the product but their customer service and after care provided. I have to say this is lacking. My granddaughter loves the cart but regrettably, I do not wish to keep a product that may not be operating correctly, and consequently, may lead to problems in the future. I will give the company a few more days.”

“I ordered in November then the day of delivery they told me they was out of stock did I want a replacement I said yes then nothing from them I kept emailing and emailing and nothing then finally when I got in touch then hadn't even processed a replacement then again I heard nothing back finally it showed up just before Xmas eve but I ordered it started of November and it said 5 days it would have been here. Customer service wasn't great at communicating with me. I will say though when it finally came I got the hummer board with go kart it's amazing and made my little girls Xmas. So thank you.”

“Handle bar grips are made from soft foam and didn’t last 3 days, also two Velcro straps snapped within the same period. Was told by customer services that kart came with a spare set, (it came with one spare) and I could buy replacements from their website. Other than that kids love it, just looks like we’ve had it 6 months not less than a week.”
