I got my son a hoover board for his birthday. Unfortunately it was faulty. After a bit of time trying to get in touch I spoke with someone at customer service who sent me a direct email asking for a short vid. Email communication commenced. Sent the item back on the Saturday and a new one arrived back on the Thursday. No issues at all. Only criticism was that they never let me know the outcome only got an email which I assumed was the hover board was a delivery confirmation off dpd. Now working fine and he is happy.

Not actually used hooverboard yet as its for my sons birthday in a few weeks but delivery was amazing ordered on the friday and it was delivered lunch time on the Saturdays

Hoverboard has a fault and had to send back for an engineer to look at. The customer service has been great via email however we had to pay our own postage to send the hoverboard back. We haven’t heard yet if it is fixable but there is a 1 year warranty so I’m hopeful we will either get a fix or replacement. Again customer service has been great so far, so fingers crossed it’s a fix or replacement we get soon!

I love the scooter. The seat the lights everything. I don't like the fact that less than a month later I'm having to send back because the motor keeps cutting out. But the customer service and the help received is phenomenal

Feel quality, 6 year old was unfortunately too light, he's 25.2kg, minimum weight 25kg listed on product, it however doesn't register him on it, only one side will work most of the time - fine with heavier people like myself. Need to revisit the minimum weights. This was his main present and its not use able and leaves him frustrated. If your over 30kg though get it - so much fun! Retains charge well.

Grandson loves his hoverboard after trying his friend’s. As it’s Christmas Day he’s only tried it indoors but has took to it quite well. It seems very well built and very responsive. Only downside when opening on Christmas morning it had a deep gouge in the paintwork. Very disappointing.

Ordered bundle, didn't realise until opening box acqwek before Christmas that only the hover board was in the package no kart. Impossible to contact by phone, but they did respond next day to email and despatched kart same day, delivered the next day so Christmas saved for my little boy

Quick delivery and well packaged it is for a Christmas present for my 9 year old son so not used yet. He had one two years ago but stopped working after a year due to getting wet which the manufacturer warns about.

Ordered on 30th November, charged on 1st December, delivery promised by 5th December and delivered on the 8th December. No communication regarding the delay therefore, I had to contact the seller as I was worried considering the amount of money, £215 paid.

Hummer G2 All Terrain, Hoverboard & Kart (Galaxy Pink) So far I’m fairly satisfied with my purchase as opposed to the negative reviews that I’ve read online. The only downside that I can constructively criticise and do agree with previous reviews (hence the 4 stars) is that through my personal experience Official Hoverboard really need to reevaluate their communication with customers. I have tried on several occasions to email and phone Official Hoverboard directly, however, no emails have been responded to and all of my calls have have been met with a message stating that they are unable to answer the phone due to COVID - this is a very outdated reason for poor customer support/service. That said, I was able to get in touch with Official Hoverboard via the chat-applet which I found available on their website and was able to have my query answered satisfactorily. Overall, I would hope that Official Hoverboard takes my review in the positive way that it is intended (constructively) and makes positive changes in order to improve their customer service.
