“Christmas present so not used by service has been greAt 👍”

“I just bought it. Amazing scooter, fast delivery. But scooter has issues. Getting in touch with company. Will give 5 stars if problem solved. Hopefully it's just mine. My friend have same and it's absolutely perfect.”

“I bought two 10” models. The devices are good and work well, but one broke within 3 months. It has been fixed but costs £15 to return. Their customer service was absolutely fine, and easy to deal with.”

“The actual hoverboard is ok. However the hoverboard did not arrive before Christmas despite their website offering next day delivery on the 22/12/22. I contacted customer service, they were very argumentative and didn't properly read my emails. I noticed that following my email the next day delivery icon disappeared from their website.”

“I went online and ordered my sons hoverboard bundle, if you order before 4pm Friday for Saturday delivery, I also paid an extra £20 delivery, and I ordered on Thursday @2, and came on the 28th”

“The hoverboard arrived very quickly along with the go-kart kit. Our 10 year old absolutely loves it. Unfortunately, 6 days later, we've had a problem with the hoverboard. The charging cable connector on the actual board itself has, when attempting to connect the cable, pushed right through inside the unit itself. We think it was maybe not glued very well to the unit. We're unable to charge the board. I'm about to contact the supplier and I trust they will help us with a speedy fix. Otherwise, a really great item”

“I ordered my item in the understanding it would be delivered next day like it said on your site before I ordered it. 2 days later I get a msg saying it’s now been dispatched and my courier will let me know in a day or two when it will be delivered, what kind of customer service do you call that?”

“The item was a present for my son- it came clearly lettered with what was inside the box and he saw it after school, in the porch. Extremely disappointing at this time of year the box contents would not be obscured.”

“Good looking G2 hoverboard and cart. Company was very good in replacing a board we had misordered by mistake. Communication could be better but I imagine they are very busy for Christmas. Only gripe is we bought a spare set of velcro straps to attach the hoverboard which we have never received despite several emails.”

“Purchased as a Christmas gift and as such, it has not been opened yet. Therefore, it is impossible to provide an accurate representation of the product at this time. However, I can confirm that the ordering process was easy and the item was delivered as promised. I will happily provide a second review once the hoverboard has been gifted.”

“The customer service I received was fine. To the point and a bit robotic with responses. Could of been more helpful and better explanations of why they could not help further.”

“Ordered a hoverboard kart bundle for my daughter for Christmas, payment processed to have an email back saying the one I ordered was out of stock and that it would take weeks to come in. Baring I’m mind this is a Christmas present I stated in the email this wasn’t good enough, and needed one as soon as just so the pressure of Christmas was off my shoulders as a single parent. The man that dealt with my order tried his best dealing with the situation and sent one out that was suitable for a little girl with a pink camo design instead of the pink and purple galaxy one I wanted in the first place. Delivery was quick and reasonable. So because of them not updating their website and took my money for a hoverboard that wasn’t in stock. I give this a 3 star review.”

“Delivered on time, came well packaged. The hoverboard itself is fantastic and seems great. The kids love it and get on really well with it. However, I would highly advise against people getting the cart part for children under the age of 14 as this is very dangerous because of how sensitive it is. My 11 year old actually really hurt him self after his leg slipped and got trapped under the frame, the cart went zooming back and dragged him with it. Luckly he only has a few grazes! I couldn't find anywhere on the website that says it should be used by any age, only weight.”

“The hoverboard itself is great and appears to be very well made although we have only had it a few weeks it has given lots of entertainment. We have had a couple of issues, the dust cap for the charging port is too large, the cap is 13mm so will not stay on the 12mm port. You can push it on quite hard but after a short use it shakes itself loose. Also debris is entering the hoverboard, this could be mainly when the kart is used as I think the grit flicks off the seat into the hoverboard. This has only been used on road but has collected quite a rattle. Hoverboard have informed me this would not be covered under warranty which is a little unnerving as the hoverboard has not been misused and is listed as an all terrain hoverboard”

“I don't know if it's made or just sold by you guys but test the products and be honest with what they can and can't do.”
