If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a board and it came damaged. Charged it, one side of the board turns on, the other does not. Have not been able to use it at all. It must have been dropped during transportation, because something inside is rattling. Their site says returns must be made within 7 days, YET its been over a month and I still can't get someone to answer me! Only response I got was 9 days later saying they would send me a return label within 2 hours, and I never even got that! My kids are so upset. Paid over $150 and I've spent over a month sending emails and texts trying to get a replacement. Nothing but crockets from them. Churp churp. There is no number listed for me to call. At this point, I just want my money back. But no luck there. Finally had to contact the bank to dispute the charge. Then the bank provides a number to call the company, the number doesn't work. Go figure. This site is a joke. Unprofessional.
