Customer service if you have an issue is lacking, had the hoverboard for 7 months and stopped charging, now have to send whole thing back and at my expense! As there is a warranty it should be covered for a replacement, this is the danger with buying online!

We haven’t received the hoverboard and kart ordered for my daughters birthday. The parcel has gone back to shipit logistics ltd who have no phone number. Official hoverboard has no phone number “due to covid” 3 years on 🙄 I’ve emailed hoverboard multiple times and no response. I’m £300 down and no present for my daughters birthday. The customer service and the logistics company they use for delivery are shocking. do not buy from them!!!

Terrible customer service, I have replied 3 times to an offer to purchase a replacement T-bar for a damaged part due to loose bolts. Received no response once the offer was made.

We ordered two hoverboards with hoverkart attachments included and have nothing but problems, both with the hoverboards themselves and with their customer service. The hoverboards we purchased on the website stated a top speed of up to 15 KM/H but the device we received states it is only up to 12 KM/H. The website also stated that the minimum user weight was 30KG but the box we received clearly states a minimum user weight of 40KG on the side. The hoverboards will occasionally turn themselves off, leaving a child drifting with no way of controlling anything. As a result of this my son bumped into a kerb which bent the flimsy metal on his hoverkart in two. We have had hoverboards previously which were much more responsive that these. There is a noticable delay when leaning to the hoverboard actually responding which makes them very difficult to control. The battery on them barely lasts an hour despite being advertised as lasting up to 2 hours. Despite all these problems they are refusing to issue us with a refund, instead requesting that we return the devices so that they can inspect them.

Poor customer service. Bought for sons Christmas. Only used a couple of times due to winter weather. 3rd use and it wouldn't hold its charge. Emailed thinking a replacement would be sent due to the fact it is an expensive and new item. Got told I had to video the fault which I did. Then got a mail to say precisely how I should package this myself and pay to return it to them so hoverboard could take a look at it. Whole process has been drawn out and my son has not been able to use. I do not see why I should have to pay to send back a faulty product. Ridiculous. This will now not be resolved for the upcoming Easter school break when my child should have been getting to utilise it.

Bought 2 of the x10 hooverboard and kart bundle. This place has no contact number to reach them on. One of the hooverboard a does not work properly hold any charge etc. the customer service is not acceptable especially when this was a gift which one of children can now not use!

Absolutely disgusting service, now going to trading standards , sent me a faulty unit for Xmas , now in March and they still refuse to sort it out . Won’t answer phones , won’t reply to emails , all they did was sent a repaired unit which was also still faulty , I have returned that again and they’re now ignoring me . So Iv nothing to show for my money . Avoid this company at all costs .

Our Hoverboard paintwork immediately chipped on billing with screws scraping the paint. The battery does not stay charged and depletes within 20 minutes of use and now the safety strap for the Kart has snapped. We only purchased in December and my 7 year old daughter has only managed to use it a maximum of 5 times. An extremely disappointing purchase

Absolutely terrible company, zero customer service, completely ignore any requests made for support. Don't believe all the good reviews, if you check they are all from the US, they don't export outside the UK so how on earth have people in the US had the utter displeasure of using them!? Currently going through small claims to gain a refund. Definitely do not use these people its a total scam, and waste of money!

My son loves his hover board, however the charger broke after using it twice, and was told by customer service that he had broke it and there was no way it was a faulty charger. After a few back and forth emails they refused to replace the charger and basically said I was lying about the fault even tho I semt in pictures for proof that the joint had failed. I have managed to get a charger for it for less than half the price off amazon, and will not be buying from them again, The product I recommend, the Company I do not!!!

listen to others below!! Faulty dangerous product and terrible customer service. The hoverkart is faulty and yet they still have asked me via email to try it again. I am now being forced to take further action against this company. Would never buy again and certainly wouldn't recommend anyone does.

I would not recommend this company whatsoever we bought two hover boards G4 For Christmas presents Priced at £259 each down from £499 one for our son and one for our daughter one works perfectly fine and the other never work from day one From day one of been in contact with them their communication has been absolutely subzero chasing them all the time getting nowhere near the end of January and still no sign of resolving this issue they tried to tell me I had to pay £15 for us to send it back after much dispute and emails They finally said they were going to send me a package prepaid Two weeks on we still haven’t received it and getting nowhere this company Without a shadow of a doubt this is the worst experience I have had ever It just seems like they have taken our money and run.

Please please don’t buy from this company they sold us faulty hoverboard that obviously was not checked before sending out and now I cannot get hold of them and they are not looking like they’re going to honour any sort of warranty

I have tried communicating with officialhoverboard.co.uk however they do not like to respond, this seems to be a common theme to their reviews! The hoverboard arrived but doesn’t function correctly, only one side operates despite trying to calibrate. The unit also arrived with damage to the body
