Within 2 weeks the front end of the charger got stuck in the hoverboard whilst charging and broken into 2 pieces. Front part stuck inside the hoverboard. The cable was brittle and poor design led cause this damage. Customer service mentioned it was not handled as per instruction and hence broken. Well inserting the charger into device is not rocket science as we handle numerous devices every day fin day today life. Poor customer service and asked to purchase another charger.
