“MIsleading - They advertise a battery life of 2 hours on their site, I purchased a board and kart then emailed to enquire why I was only getting 40 minutes. I was told this was expected which directly contradicts what they say on their website”

“this product was not good and in 2 weeks it had stopped working we had sent it back and they said they could not return our money even though we only had it for 2 week they said they would fix the product but only if we paid but it still had warranty they still have our scooter and they said it will cost us money to return the scooter to us”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a hoverboard kart for my daughters 10th birthday, the box was battered all on one side when it came and soaking wet, we unpacked goods which were luckily all fine, we had no choice to get rid of the box. When setting up the kart my partner realised he’d ordered the wrong one, so unused we put it in another box as it was and asked if we could send back and the problem we had with original packaging, this was in the 14 days which all goods can be sent back, we were told no absolutely not unless in original packing, I explained this was impossible, to which the response was DPD photo looked ok, yes on the good side!! I’ve been ripped off by £60 and a very upset little girl. I should have read trust pilot before buying. Disgusting service”

“*BEWARE* Possibly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Bought my daughter a hoverboard and Kart for Xmas, hoverboard AND hoverkart were faulty, have been trying to sort this out since Boxing Day and it is now 27th January, don’t reply to emails, don’t reply to contact on website! Literally just take your money and never speak to you again! Stay well clear! 😡”

“AVOID!!! You don’t even deserve the one star!!! Bought as a Christmas present for our son, it has a fault with it so he’s not able to use it. All messages, emails and calls have been unanswered. Shocking, as I see your happy to take peoples money still and people can still buy them.AVOID this company!”

“Useless in UK. Illegal to use as it's classed as a motor vehicle under the RTA 1988. Hence has to be insured. No insurer, not even Lloyds of London will cover them, in short uninsurable. So police will confiscate and not give you the item back. Unless you only use on private land of your own or with the private land owners permission. Just giving info so you make informed decision when purchasing. Alot of this depends on the jobsworth you come across to be fair. Peace”

“My son saved up for this E Scooter (he was so excited) but it arrived with a faulty battery. We followed the app test to prove this but trying to get a refund is near impossible. Yes we are on lockdown and resources are limited, however the company are still able to sell products. The customer service is poor, I just hope that they will eventually respond to our emails and refund my son his money.”

“Never ever order from this website. Ordered my son a scooter for Christmas opened it ready to wrap for him. Inserted the charger and faulty from day one. Sent videos and endless calls and emails stating it was faulty. I was told there was nothing wrong with charger and thats how they fit.They then told me because the scooter was already fully charged to let my son open it Christmas day and ride it until the battery went dead, and try charging scooter as it was fully charged and we could not tell if it was charging. Christmas day afternoon my son went out on it, came home when battery ran out to charge it up. And guess what? Wouldn't charge sent an email, tried ringing countless times and sent message. Due to it being Christmas week guess what it was closed. Its now 4 weeks on have a very very upset son who still has not had his Christmas present. Appalling customer service and we still are awaiting a refund.”

“Don’t believe all the other recent fake reviews! since Xmas. We ( and another family friend) bought electric scooters from them for Xmas, both of them are poor quality and faulty and not safe to use. We have both been constantly trying to contact them by phone and email but no one answers or responds. If you call them an automated answer says the lines are closed and to send an email but no one ever responds Stay well clear !!!”

“Don’t buy it’s not worth the money it last 15 mins and didn’t even make 2 miles on the middle speed and fast speed, they told me you have to have it on the walking mode but what’s the point of that you might aswell walk. Absolutely useless and rude people. Will be going to trading standard.”

“So for starters, I was told my delivery was next day and that was incorrect. The scooter its self is nothing like I expected maybe its fault, but it doesn't even go past 7km/h on a flat. The light looks like the front cover has got a massive scratch or crack I can't tell because it's got so many scratches on the front of the light. If the main problem with is the speed/acceleration can be fixed then I will happily change my review.”

“Company is untrustworthy, I’ve had a similar experience to the other reviewer. They failed to deliver on the original date promised. Failed to deliver on the next date they promised. They didn’t get in touch to apologise or explain what was going on. When I eventually managed to contact them (again I got no response via telephone, live chat, email, web form for over a day in spite of 24/7 support promise), I was told they didn’t know when/if they could deliver my order. If they had been honest and upfront about this sooner I could have got my son a board he wanted from somewhere else and got a refund. We reluctantly agreed to an alternative design, providing it was the bundle (I.e. kart in matching design.) it arrived today... with a plain black kart. Totally selfish company who put their own needs ahead of their customer’s.”

“Order due 20th November, order delayed without any contact, when I contacted them to ask when it would be ready they advised no later than 3rd December, still no delivery of my order today, despite contacting them over the last 3 days via their WhatsApp chat, i have had no response and their contact number doesn't work when trying to phone them”
