Don’t believe all the other recent fake reviews! since Xmas. We ( and another family friend) bought electric scooters from them for Xmas, both of them are poor quality and faulty and not safe to use. We have both been constantly trying to contact them by phone and email but no one answers or responds. If you call them an automated answer says the lines are closed and to send an email but no one ever responds Stay well clear !!!

Have been trying over a week to have the returns procedure on the electric scooter, no responce. Be cautious... if it sounds to good...

Don’t buy it’s not worth the money it last 15 mins and didn’t even make 2 miles on the middle speed and fast speed, they told me you have to have it on the walking mode but what’s the point of that you might aswell walk. Absolutely useless and rude people. Will be going to trading standard.

So for starters, I was told my delivery was next day and that was incorrect. The scooter its self is nothing like I expected maybe its fault, but it doesn't even go past 7km/h on a flat. The light looks like the front cover has got a massive scratch or crack I can't tell because it's got so many scratches on the front of the light. If the main problem with is the speed/acceleration can be fixed then I will happily change my review.

Company is untrustworthy, I’ve had a similar experience to the other reviewer. They failed to deliver on the original date promised. Failed to deliver on the next date they promised. They didn’t get in touch to apologise or explain what was going on. When I eventually managed to contact them (again I got no response via telephone, live chat, email, web form for over a day in spite of 24/7 support promise), I was told they didn’t know when/if they could deliver my order. If they had been honest and upfront about this sooner I could have got my son a board he wanted from somewhere else and got a refund. We reluctantly agreed to an alternative design, providing it was the bundle (I.e. kart in matching design.) it arrived today... with a plain black kart. Totally selfish company who put their own needs ahead of their customer’s.

Order due 20th November, order delayed without any contact, when I contacted them to ask when it would be ready they advised no later than 3rd December, still no delivery of my order today, despite contacting them over the last 3 days via their WhatsApp chat, i have had no response and their contact number doesn't work when trying to phone them

Avoid this company. Had a board on order since October. We are now today on December 1st and still no board. Even though had emails to say it’s on its way. Can’t get hold of anyone on the number attached to Google and website. So dropped them a email and the response is laughable... please people avoid this company!!! I am having hells job getting my board/refund from them!!!

The customer service was very disappointing. When I reported to them that there was an issue with my product and it was still in warranty, they replied with I have purposely done this. Furthermore they have stopped replying to me after I requested the price for the parts I need to purchase even though my product is 2 weeks old and still has its 12 month warranty. Very disappointing will not be ordering from here again.

I bought a scooter it come with a broken charger and then you send me another one out and it's had loads of scratches and marks all over it never again will I buy off this company

Buying an electric scooter then seeing I could've bought a better version for cheaper on a different website, customer service gave me no price difference. When requesting for a return the item apparently it must be "returned unused and the same condition it arrived in" I've opened the box and used it for 5 minutes and noticed the speed is ridiculously slow and now I can't get my money back because I've briefly tried the item...

I ordered a M365 Scooter for next day delivery however as far as im aware it has not yet arrived.... no big deal that the order is late however I've had no dispatch information or tracking information for my order..... and I have been trying to get in touch with the company since 9 am this morning with numerous phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails! And I have nobody has got back to me. The level of customer care / correspondence for my order that I have received is unacceptable. I am still waiting to speak to somebody about my order and its 15.39.

Non existent customer service! Quick and timely assistance with sales enquiry but unavailable for customer service enquiry. Product purchased faulty in less than 2 weeks and even with all the reassurances on their website about customer service, as mentioned earlier, it's non existent. It seems as if they've disappeared. When I call the customer service line, someone is literally disconnecting the call and my polite email asking for assistance was also ignored, even though they claim to respond within 24 hours. At this point, I'm genuinely feeling like this company is an elaborate scam. To disappear and become incommunicado like this is very worrying. PLEASE don't give yourself this heartache.
