Asked cancel the item before it arrived as it was the wrong colour. It arrived anyway, I’ve been trying to return. The company hit in touch 6days later and asked me to pay a further £30 for returns (on top of the £250 I’d already paid)…and I e still not recieved the returns label. I’ve written several emails, no response. No customer care phone number. So I’m £280 down and skint this Christmas. Very poor customer care. I’m heading to citizens advice and my bank to see if they can help. This has been going on for 17 days!!
