“Turned up the next day nicely packaged Knocked a point off because it came with a huge array of screws and washers and very little information on how to assemble. Very few screws needed. Customer service were very helpful though.”

“When you website states you have the item in stock and delivery will be within 2-3 weeks.... to then be told that you will have to wait more that 6 weeks for your item is totally unacceptable.”

Hi Shelley, sorry to hear your order has been delayed. Unfortunately, there has been a delay with our manufacturers for the Acrylic Screens. I can see a member of our customer service has now switched manufacturer for you to improve the lead time on this. I can appreciate this is frustrating and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

“Bought a 2 drawer filing cabinet which was slightly damaged. Contacted customer services, sent photos of the damage. The cabinet was picked up by courier and within a week I had a refund. Brilliant customer service, thank you Office Supermarket.”
