“I ordered 1kg of Vanilla Protein Powder on 26th Jan. When it arrived there was no label saying it was vanilla flavour so I inquired what should be done. I had an email saying that a replacement would be sent. It didn't arrive until 12th Feb and was exactly the same as the first. I tried 4 times to ring their number and every time was cut off after 5 minutes in the queue, so I have wasted another half an hour this morning and I have better things to do with my time.”

“Maybe I'm missing something but I can't see any information on the potency of the Ashwaganda supplements (eg, 400mg? 500? etc) or the withanolides (2%? 5%)? I can't work out how anyone can choose an appropriate potency for their individual needs if the packet doesn't set it out.”

“The order wasn't sent. After a week I phoned DPD, and they said although there was a tracking number, there was no parcel. I phoned the Nutriseed customer services and the representative was able to finally get the order sent. Overall I waited over a week for a my order. I'm a little disappointed with Nutriseed because I paid extra for express delivery and I never got this back. The order arrived complete in a nicely sized parcel.”

“Wheatgrass seems good but can't give a proper review yet as I had only been taking it for a few days when I was asked to write a review, delivery was good but the customer service is very poor as I asked the same question three times and received no reply.”

“Sorry to say that but the reality is....The most insufficient and disgusting customer service I have ever experienced! They simply do not reply to your calls and put the phone down once the line is connected. Do not reply to emails either.”

“You made a mistake on my first order and when I pointed it out you immediately sent me the correct product and did not ask me to return the incorrect product. You were very good and efficient. The products I received are beautifully packaged and very good quality ingredients. So I will definitely use you again and recommend you to my friends”

“Ordered stevia powder and it says that is up to 350 times sweeter than sugar.Not only that it is not nearly as sweet as that it also has a very strong disgusting bitter taste so I can't use it for anything.Also can't return it as they only take an unopened package.So it's going to the bin.I will never ever buy with them again as they are false advertising.”
