The order wasn't sent. After a week I phoned DPD, and they said although there was a tracking number, there was no parcel. I phoned the Nutriseed customer services and the representative was able to finally get the order sent.
Overall I waited over a week for a my order. I'm a little disappointed with Nutriseed because I paid extra for express delivery and I never got this back.
The order arrived complete in a nicely sized parcel.
