“I've never heard of Nutriseed but I'm now a repeat customer. I purchased the Pea and Hemp protein. The texture is obviously not going to be like normal protein powders but it's really not that bad. How I see it...real food doesn't dissolve in water/liquid so there you have it. Great product! Blend with some oats, almond butter and a banana and it's amazing.”

“The weight loss at the end of the 5 day plan was definitely worth the discomfort of not eating for those days. It should be noted that this is not easy. It's amazing how much joy is sapped from your life by the mere absence of food, I found everything became slightly less pleasurable during the period as my stomach constantly grumbled for something. Being hungry for a week is also a lesson in humility, we take everything for granted, especially food, but once you wake up to life without it for a while I found that, for myself at least, it caused me to savour every mouthful when I returned to eating again. I lost 11lbs in 5 days though which is an awesome kickstart to any diet/training plan. Hard work but very pleased.”
