“Well as I ordered and paid on the 13th February and it is now the 27th and still no delivery not at all impressed, dpd obviously have lost the order and I would have thought the least Nutriseed could do was get me a one day delivery but here we are and still no order!”

“I ordered the matcha green tea from this company. As far as I can see, this is the best value matcha out there. I would like to say that Nutriseed do not state whether or not the matcha is organic. Furthermore, I think the company should state where it is cultivated as there are some concerns about the quality with regard to the Fukushima earthquake and subsequent tsunami. If they could give more detail in there advertising, I’m sure the product would be a best seller and help the Japanese farmers cultivating it.”

“I used to buy my raw cacao from Healthy Supplies but the service became so poor and then the final straw came when I was lectured and verbally abused by one of their employees all because I asked why my order had taken 10 days to arrive! Nutriseed are a Godsend. Fabulous website, amazing product line, extremely polite approach by staff members. Their raw cacao powder comes in recyclable packaging and the product tastes delicious! Their prices are very competitive. Everything is extremely well packed in a sturdy box of the correct size for the enclosed goods. I was kept informed by email regarding the transaction from start to finish and their emails are fabulously upbeat! It's simply a pleasure to give them my money.”

I' he been shopping before from real foods, red23, indigo herbs...and trully nothing compares to Nutri: raw, organic, vegan FRESHNESS and the reputation is beyond word, is well DESERVED 😊 I purchased 4 Christmas goodies: raw nuts ( cashew, almonds, hazelnuts), goji& mulberies, coconut chips, berry porridge, cacao butter & paste&vanilla powder to make my chocolate with those raw nuts. It was the best choice with 50% discount of total shopping and the whole big family said WOW. Quality and taste make difference. There is something 4 EVERYONE. We ordered again and with its clever combination of 'seed & nut bread mix' I started to make bread and drinks with chia seeds. It's SIMPLE HEALTH GIVING & DELICIOUS! Plus 35% off my shopping. I compared prices and I saved for next order on top with 35% off as Valentine's day gift ❤ We smile as warm as the goodies were packed when we open it was smelling wonderful. “Your web site is not good enough... we wanted to review your entire range and it sometimes highlights an item but doesn't at other times..Gave up ordering... too hard to find what I was looking for...also wanted to peruse everything... but gave up after a few times of trying... Product I did order was fine but further orders have gone to a competitor.”

“Appalling customer service left me frustrated, stressed and angry. It took almost 3 weeks, after two attempts, for me to receive the goods that were supposed to be delivered "in 3 to 5 working days." And to add insult to injury, they delivered 4 pills short. Any business can make a mistake, it's how they deal with it that determines the customer service. I wouldn't have even given them 1 star except that I had no option Guess who won't be using Nutriseed again!!”

“It's incredible products delivered in recyclable packaging! Yes! Such a winnner! I recommend you to everyone. As a vegan/paleo (Pegaen) finding extra protein sources can prove difficult (gluten and soy alllergy :/ ) BUT I am now have, protein pizza, protein bread etc (pea protein)! Fantastic, real game changer Thank you! Also, amazing price an really prompt delivery!”

“I am not sure these nuts are organic even though I was promised they are. Purchases RAW Macadamia nuts from the site. The site did not say organic so I asked on chat and was assured they are. They then came packaged with no sign of any organic marking on the package. If something is organic the company selling usually cant wait to put organic everywhere. I am researching this at the moment. I have saved the chat and will take legal action if I have been lied to.”
