“The service was very good. The shoes I purchased weren't the right size for me, unfortunately, so I had to return them. The refund was fast. The only issue I have is that I had to pay for the return. I would have probably not purchased the shoes from them had I noticed I had to pay for the return. It turned out to be expensive with Royal Mail at least.”
