“Service exemplary and no issues on that front. Unfortunately the jacket itself I am not happy with but I have removed the tags and had it out on a run..it's paper thin, sizing not great and wish I had returned it. But that's my fault. Thanks again.”

“I phoned NorthernRunner to check sizing of trail running shoes that I was considering to purchase. I spoke to Chris who was extremely helpful and decided to go ahead with the choice of shoes I had made. To my surprise they were delivered the next day. Excellent service seems to be the standard with this company .Well done and Thank you 🏃”

“Efficient service as ever. My only mistake was ordering on a Friday afternoon which meant the parcel wasn't shipped until the following Monday so didn't arrive until the Wednesday. So the standard 2-day delivery felt like 5 days. Just me being impatient I guess!”

“Knowledgeable people who are happy to help. Dispatched rapidly, although the post office took a long time to deliver - really, why is it that couriers can manage and the Royal Mail can't - anyhow, shoes were a great price and are wonderful. The Altra Paradigm 6, a replacement for my paradigm 4.5, is a huge leap forward - with a great fit in the heel and midfoot, still with lots of toe room, and the shoe feels much lighter and bouncier with a good toe-off - the loss of a star is down to the choice of the Royal Mail delivery - their 48 hours turned into 6 days.”
