“This is my third purchase from NorthernRunner.com in a few months and I am fully satisfied. The transactions are smooth and the range of products is wider than that offered by other online retailers (e.g., I can find Topo and Altra, the former usually not available in the UK). I would suggest improving the packaging and offering free returns (at least for repeat customers).”

“Went into the shop for some advice and to try on some running vests, great staff super informative always mega helpful. Left the shop after ordering the colour online I wanted, only for the item to arrive damaged sadly. Safe to say it was pretty disappointing having paid for fast delivery so I had it for a trip at the weekend. Now after speaking to staff it was a fault from the manufacturer and very kindly the guys sent me out a new vest again to where I was going to be ready for my day out. Very helpful, good service, awesome that they were able to send me a replacement in time, just cant help but think It would have been avoided had the gear been checked over before sending it out. Other than that top service.”

“I purchased my trainers online. I like them, and they fit. The purchase was smooth and quick. The delivery was expedited and efficient. The only issue I have with this purchase is that I would have loved to buy my trainers in the store. I went to Newcastle specifically to try them before using them, see the model with my own eyes, touch them, and feel them. But that experience was gone. Apart from that, no problem with the product and I've just ran a marathon with no issues!”

“I ordered a pair of Clifton 9 Hoka runners. Arrived quickly, but too narrow. I sent them back next day and was refunded straight away. Only negative was £9.00+ cost for recorded delivery to return items.”

“I have ordered once from Northern runner and everything went well. However, the boots i bought are far from ok, but I don't seem to be able to review those. It seems Topo have a different definition of 'waterproof' than I do.”
