“Great service and lovely trainers. However have had to return as even though they are a wide fit they are still not wide enough!! Not Northern Runner fault, would order from here again.”

“Having an arranged return service (even if customer funded) would make such a difference. I had to pay £11 and organise my own return of two pairs of shoes that didn't fit me, which just destroys any price savings.”

“Excellent products delivered as scheduled. Kept up to date with progress. As one product was on a longer delivery schedule than the other would have appreciated if they had been sent separately. Would definitely use again as ‘value for money’ and a good selection of specialist products.”

“Ordering process was easy & delivery happened on time. However, the package was left on my doorstep as I wasn't in. Fortunately it was still there when I returned. I would have preferred it if they left it somewhere safer and put a note through the door.”

“My old trail shoes literally fell apart a few days before my first race in a long while. Looked around and Northern Runner came up with just what I wanted albeit in an odd colour; however that probably explains the price which was significantly cheaper than anywhere else. I paid for express delivery via DPD and the goods duly arrived just in time to try them out before the event. The race went well and the colour was looked better than the pictures suggested. All I need now is a bit of rain to really test them out!”

“Good range of footwear in stock and returns honoured on receipt. Unfortunately buying footwear unseen is always tricky and more telephone or online chat options might have helped. But store is busy and staff not available.”
