“Ordered a pair of Hoka trainers but they were too small. I rang and spoke to a really helpful man who put a pair of the correct size "to one side" waiting for my return to arrive. From ordering the wrong size to returning and receiving the correct size, it was only 6 days!! Brilliant service. Thankyou”

“Bought Gavotia 5, as previously had Gavotia 4. Not as much lift in the heel of the 5, compared to the 4, and I went up half a size this time (as my big toe almost poked out of my 4’s. I’ve added a gel inner sole too, as the inner edge of the inner soles supplied with the 5’s seems sharp, otherwise they’re fine 😀”
