“Very helpful shop. I tried on lots of different trainers on the treadmill in order to choose the correct ones. I had recently had complex hip surgery (my 6th surgery on same hip) and this was very important. We found some trainers that suited me and I liked but I preferred a different colour. They then put in hand ordering the ones I wanted and they were delivered to my home the next day. Great customer service. Thank you.”

“Sent second hand trainers. Clearly used- dirty, worn tread, tor box peeling. Pleased on quick response for return but disappointing there are no measures on place to prevent this.”

“Perfect and rapid service. I initially ordered too small a size. I repacked them and returned them. As soon as the returned pair got to them I had an instant, no quibble, response to say the replacements would be sent out - which they were. I'd definitely use them again.”
