“Items arrived quickly and packaged well. Only gripe I would have is having to pay for return postage as I'd ordered a couple of pairs for size, however to get the shoes I wanted at a good price it wasn't too big of a deal.”

“This is my third pair of Hoka Speedgoats. I run most days on a trail and they are so comfortable, great grip and perfect bounce back. Northern Runner sent my latest pair the next day, very easy to order and even got a good discount. Thank you”

“Excellent service. I ordered a pair of size 8 Altra AWD Mens, they arrived really quickly but were too small. Much tighter than my other Altra Lone Peaks. :(. So i ordered the 8.5 size because i needed them before we go away. I returned the too small pair the following day. The second pair and my refund arrived within two days. Great.”

“Very helpful in exchanging an item that was slightly too small. The only issue is I had to pay for the return and due to the value of the item (a waterproof jacket) of over £100 it cost me £8 to return. The exchange arriver promptly and fits very well!”

“Great selection of trainers and reasonably priced considering you are a small company. I ordered Brooks adrenaline GTS 23 trainers. They are super comfortable and lightweight. I received within 3 day. Nicely packaged. Extremely impressed. Will only order from Northern Runner when i need my next pair.”
