“Recieved trainers but they were slightly too small, returned with covering note asking for 1/2 size larger. Return acknowledged and new trainers sent to me immediately. Excellent service, cannot be faulted. I will use Northern Runner in the future.”

“Excellent shoes delivered on time and at a good price. On the website I did seem to have selected the price without VAT at one point (which is for their international customers) so did, for a while, think I had got a better bargain than I had - which was disappointing as I couldn't see how it had happened. So worth paying attention to those selections. Overall a good experience and would happily use again”
