“I ordered one of each size of the Men's Tech All-Terrain Jacket (Black) - L & M, as I wasn't sure which size would be needed for a birthday gift. The jacket size not required, was returned as directed on the Northern Runner invoice and I duly received a full refund, within a few days of the company receiving the item back. Email communication is good. As yet, the item hasn't been worn in wet weather but the quality and fitting of the jacket is very good and it be easily folded small enough to fit into a pocket/ bum bag when not in use.”

“I had a really good experience ordering from Northern Runner. The website was easy to use and they had a great selection, especially wide fit options which I needed. Delivery was quick and everything arrived exactly as expected. I ordered a couple of pairs to try at home and found the process very straightforward. I ended up keeping the Brooks Adrenaline trainers, which are incredibly comfortable – honestly feel like slippers! I also tried the New Balance 860, which were very good too, but the Brooks just stood out for comfort. Overall a smooth and reliable service and I would definitely order from Northern Runner again.”

“Altra are my go to brand as they are wide, footshaped and very comfortable. Other brands tend to split after 6 months, but these shoes cope with rough terraine, grip well and cause no sore spots on my feet. Norther Runner dispatches them quickly. Very satisfied”

“For me, hands down the best place to go online for clear advice and an excellent range of running gear. Great, great variety, coupled with expertise that shines through. I look elsewhere sometimes, but always come back here (and regret wasting my time on other sites)! If I lived in Newcastle I'd spend quite a lot of time in store.”
