“N0, everthing did not go OK! The shoes got sent to somewhere else, because that was the addres that PayPal gave Northern Runner. The trouble was that NR were not contactable phone, (they wouldn't answer it), and e mail comms were very protracted, and the eventual response was not one of of being very helpful either.”

“Northern Runner are AMAZING!! Sadly the shoes weren't quite right for me but I can't relay how incredibly helpful they are and how they went above and beyond. I would highly recomend them and will definitely come back to purchase from them as their customer service experience was amazing and built so much trust in them as a company. Thank you so much”

“Website easy to use, my order came quickly and the shoes are great. I have had a pair of these shoes before so I knew what I'd be getting and that the size I had ordered would fit, therefore I can't comment on after sales service or returns. I will definitely use NorthernRunner.com again 🙂”

“Northern Runner were efficient and helpful from start to finish - shoes delivered exactly when stated at the order stage; a prompt response from a real person when I explained they didn't fit and I'd be returning them; and a prompt, full refund when I did. If I want to buy running shoes online again I would certainly use NR and wish I lived near enough to shop in person.”
