“I ordered a pair of trainers as a Christmas gift from another company. After 11 days I had still not had news of despatch. On the 12th day, I received notification of a refund - that was it, no apology, no explanation, since the trainers were in stock when I ordered them. By then, I was running out of time and I found Northern Runner online. I found the same trainers, at almost the same price, in stock and I received them within 5 days of ordering - great service, great price. I had never heard of them but would recommend for the more personal service and efficiency”
