“I've always had problems with trainers being too narrow, shops never seemed to stock wide fit shoes. Searching online lead me to Northern Runner. I was spoiled for choice for high quality trainers suited to running, trail & walking/everyday uses. The website, ordering, dispatch and communications are top notch. I highly recommend Northern Runner and will be a returning customer.”

“A great shop. I needed a new pair of trainers. I wanted the brooks ghost max. I ordered them in my normal size but they were a bit small. I contacted them and was advised to get half a size bigger as the brooks run a bit short. The replacement pair fit perfectly. I simply returned them via royal mail, I had no problem returning them. I just waited until they got the first pair back for the new ones to be sent. They were delivered very quickly. They were delivered using their free delivery option, and they came the next day. It only took a few working days from sending the first pair back to getting the new ones. Their prices are very good. I would defineately use them again. I would highly recommend them. I was that impressed with their service that my wife also ordered her new trainers from them.”

“I love Northern Runner. I got some Topo Athletic Aura running shoes - this is the only place I have seen them stocked. The shoes are the best shoe I have ever felt on my feet. It's my first time trying this model but I was confident as I could return them if not worn outside - which is wonderful! They came really quickly and were very reasonably priced. They are also beautiful. Wonderful combination of springiness and softness.”

“Bought my latest pair of Altra Lone Peaks (9+) from Northern Runner, because the website is clear and simple, they have a good range of stock, and their prices with delivery are good. The right shoes arrived on time as promised - no drama, just good service. I've used them before and will use them again - highly recommended.”
