“Very prompt delivery. Sadly the wide fit Hoka trainers I had ordered were not a good fit for me because of my high arches and so I had to return them, but the refund was issued almost immediately upon receipt of the returned order. Efficient service all round and I won't hesitate to order again from Northern Runner.”

“I emailed Northern Runner for advice on a replacement pair of running shoes. I told them about my previous purchases and updated them as to personal infomation...size of shoes, width, intened use etcetra. I had dealt with them before and trusted their opinion. In addition to their comments I was also directed to their reviews on their website. I made a choice and the goods were sent via a trusted courier and arrived on a convient date and time. I also had confidence that if there was an "issue" they would sort it.”

“Ordered some HOKA Challenger 7's from NorthernRunner. They were the only retailer that offered this product in my size and at a cheaper price than other companies. The order process was quick and easy and my shoes arrived quickly. I would highly recommend NorthernRunner and will be ordering from them again in the future.”
